Zaxis electronic variable metering pumps (eVmP) eliminate the throughput limitations, excessive maintenance costs, and expensive inaccuracy of tubing diaphragm pumps. Our patented design is unique within the industry, offering valveless ceramic internals, clean-in-place capabilities, and other customizable features to meet your line’s requirements:
- Diamond-hard internal ceramics to provide syringe-like precision and accuracy while handling destructive materials, including acids, bases, and abrasives
- Valveless designs to eliminate shutdowns and maintenance delays
- Simple “push button” displacement feature for streamlined operations and enhanced efficiency
- Repeatable dispensing to achieve accuracy within 0.5%, depending on your application
- Ethernet/IP, RS485, and Digital I/O communication options
Configuration Options for High-Precision Metering Pumps
