Automated Machine Systems (AMS), a Zaxis Inc. integration partner, solves leak testing of air intake manifolds using a Zaxis Inc. Isaac HD vacuum decay leak tester, and AMS semi-automated work cell. By leveraging the small footprint of the Isaac HD, multi functionality, and ease of use to integrate, AMS was able to conduct a vacuum decay on air intake manifold in less than 30 seconds including poka-yoke functions. The three station machine occupies just 18.75 square feet, reduced equipment costs, and decreased overall cycle time! Good Job AMS!
