Valveless Metering Pump

What makes the VariPump different: The VariPump uses a rotating reciprocating positve displacement pump to provide an accurate repeatable shot. Two stepper motors driven by an onboard microprocessor control this system. One motor drives the pump. The other adjusts the stroke length of the pump. This allows for ultra fine adjustments to be made to the shot size . Fine tune your shot for your needs. No guessing and no tools. No air is needed. The system can be freestanding or can be integrated into an existing system. Up to 100 unique programs can be stored in the pumps memory.

Programs and pump parameters can be changed with the easy to use Tsi pictured here or a PLC or computer. The TSi can talk to 16 units on one RS485 bus. If a PLC or computer is used up to 100 pumps can be daisy-chained together. An optional ethernet gateway is available for proprietary protocols.

V-Tex terminal extender option

With the V-Tex extender board you can plug wires into an easy to use terminal block with spring cage wire holders. A standard CAT 5 cable is used for communication to the TSi (touch screen interface).

Pump heads can be changed in seconds. 4 philips head screws hold it on. Slip in a new pump and you are running. Heads are available in 1/4 and 3/8 bores, with or without wash ports. Our own line of split body pumps offer easy cleaning and inspection.

The Zaxis designed embedded micro processor makes this a true stand alone unit. It stores all of the program information in memory right on the pump, not in the PLC or Computer. The TSi (touch screen interface) allows the user to communicate to the pump with an easy to use graphical interface. The TSi can talk to 16 units on one RS485 bus. If a computer or PLC is used, up to 100 VariPump can be daisy chained together.
