Stainless Steel Split Body with Sanitary Fittings

The Split-Body was designed to meet the needs of customers that want to easily clean and inspect their pump assembly. Doing swab testing for CIP (clean in place) procedures has never been so easy. This is useful for medical, pharmaceutical and food industries. This feature is also great for adhesive dispensing. The pump can be disassembled and fully cleaned with solvents. We use FMI ceramic liners and pistons for reliability and long working life. 1/8, 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch bore sizes with or without wash ports are available. The Split Body is made from billet stainless steel or anodized aluminum to meet different needs and price points. All wetted parts are made of Ceramic, Teflon, and Delrin. A poly mer (PEEK or Teflon, etc) version is coming soon. A wide variety of fittings can be used. From small chromatography fittings to large sanitary fittings. |
